Fouettez de nouveau.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/cuisine.thebault.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/01\/P1040349.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-1182 aligncenter\" alt=\"P1040349\" src=\"http:\/\/cuisine.thebault.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/01\/P1040349-300x225.jpg\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" srcset=\"https:\/\/cuisine.thebault.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/01\/P1040349-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/cuisine.thebault.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/01\/P1040349-400x300.jpg 400w, https:\/\/cuisine.thebault.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/01\/P1040349.jpg 800w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Placez la casserole sur feu doux (je met g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement sur 6 sur ma plaque a induction)<\/p>\n<p>et fouettez doucement (sinon le m\u00e9lange prend au fond) jusqu\u2019\u00e0 \u00e9paississement.<\/p>\n<p>Lorsque le m\u00e9lange est a bonne consistance, r\u00e9servez dans un r\u00e9cipient et laissez refroidir quelques instants avant d&rsquo;incorporer le beurre.<\/p>\n<p>Pour cette op\u00e9ration, l&rsquo;appareil ne doit pas \u00eatre totalement froid cela facilite l\u2019\u00e9mulsion du beurre. Donc, ajouter le beurre et fouettez vivement pour obtenir un m\u00e9lange lisse et homog\u00e8ne. R\u00e9servez au moins 1h au frigo, le temps de r\u00e9aliser\u00a0des\u00a0<a title=\"Macarons \u00e0 la meringue Italienne au Thermomix\" href=\"http:\/\/cuisine.thebault.eu\/?p=77\" target=\"_blank\">coques classiques<\/a>.
