{"id":1047,"date":"2013-11-29T01:13:41","date_gmt":"2013-11-28T23:13:41","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/thebault.no-ip.org\/cuisine\/?p=1047"},"modified":"2026-03-25T09:25:30","modified_gmt":"2026-03-25T08:25:30","slug":"macarons-framboise","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cuisine.thebault.eu\/?p=1047","title":{"rendered":"Macarons Framboise"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Je n&rsquo;aime pas mettre de la confiture dans les macarons, cette id\u00e9e m&rsquo;a toujours d\u00e9plu.<br \/>\nDe plus, je trouve la confiture trop liquide pour permettre de garder les macarons plus de 2 jours (apr\u00e8s cela, ils deviennent bien trop mous, c&rsquo;est d\u00e9sagr\u00e9able en bouche).<\/p>\n<p>Adorant la framboise, et n\u2019\u00e9tant pas le seul dans la famille, j&rsquo;ai fait plusieurs tentatives pour obtenir une garniture \u00e0 la framboise digne de ce nom. Cette fois ci, c&rsquo;est la bonne, et en plus, elle est hyper facile a faire. Pourquoi se priver?<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Les ingredients<\/p>\n\n<p>Dans une petite casserole, pesez le sucre, ajoutez l&rsquo;oeuf et blanchissez au fouet.<\/p>\n<p><a pr\u00e9c\u00e9demment obtenu sur feu doux, et fouettez continuellement (sinon \u00e7a va prendre au fond) jusqu\u2019\u00e0 \u00e9paississement.<\/p>\n<p>Ne commettez pas l&rsquo;erreur de faire trop chauffez votre casserole pour vite porter le m\u00e9lange \u00e0 \u00e9bullition ou vous aurez, m\u00eame en remuant sans arr\u00eat, une cr\u00e8me br\u00fbl\u00e9e au fond, et le gout s&rsquo;en fera ressentir.
