{"id":1200,"date":"2014-01-06T10:24:45","date_gmt":"2014-01-06T09:24:45","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/thebault.no-ip.org\/cuisine\/?p=1200"},"modified":"2014-01-06T10:24:45","modified_gmt":"2014-01-06T09:24:45","slug":"macarons-giandura","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cuisine.thebault.eu\/?p=1200","title":{"rendered":"Macarons Giandura"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Suite \u00e0 la confection du <a title=\"Gianduja Thermomix\" href=\"http:\/\/cuisine.thebault.eu\/?p=1049\" target=\"_blank\">Gianduja Thermomix<\/a>, j&rsquo;ai voulu utiliser cette pr\u00e9paration dans des macarons.<\/p>\n<p>Le Gianduja seul est trop compact pour \u00eatre utilis\u00e9 en ganache, il fallait donc y ajouter un autre ingr\u00e9dient pour le \u00a0rendre plus cr\u00e9meux.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>J&rsquo;ai donc choisi d&rsquo;y ajouter du mascarpone. Donc, pour <strong>100 g de Gianduja<\/strong>, ajoutez <strong>50 g de mascarpone<\/strong>, et fouettez pour m\u00e9langer et a\u00e9rer les 2 ingr\u00e9dients.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/cuisine.thebault.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/01\/P1040598.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-1254 aligncenter\" alt=\"P1040598\" src=\"http:\/\/cuisine.thebault.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/01\/P1040598-300x225.jpg\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" srcset=\"https:\/\/cuisine.thebault.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/01\/P1040598-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/cuisine.thebault.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/01\/P1040598-400x300.jpg 400w, https:\/\/cuisine.thebault.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/01\/P1040598.jpg 800w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>J&rsquo;ai r\u00e9alis\u00e9 des <a title=\"Macarons \u00e0 la meringue Italienne au Thermomix\" href=\"http:\/\/cuisine.thebault.eu\/?p=77\" target=\"_blank\">coques<\/a> chocolat en ajoutant <strong>15 g de cacao en poudre 100%<\/strong>, et pour les diff\u00e9rencier des coques choco classique, j&rsquo;ai ajout\u00e9 <strong>un peu de colorant jaune<\/strong>.
