{"id":1204,"date":"2014-01-08T13:14:52","date_gmt":"2014-01-08T12:14:52","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/thebault.no-ip.org\/cuisine\/?p=1204"},"modified":"2026-03-24T16:50:51","modified_gmt":"2026-03-24T15:50:51","slug":"macaron-bounty","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cuisine.thebault.eu\/?p=1204","title":{"rendered":"Macaron Bounty"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Apr\u00e8s les macarons snickers, j&rsquo;ai voulu retenter l\u2019exp\u00e9rience du macarons a go\u00fbt de barre chocolat\u00e9e, et, comme le titre l&rsquo;indique, me suis cette fois tourn\u00e9 vers la noix de coco.<\/p>\n<p>Je n&rsquo;ai malheureusement aucune photo de la r\u00e9alisation, juste une du r\u00e9sultat, que voici :<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/cuisine.thebault.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/01\/Bounty.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-1267 aligncenter\" alt=\"Bounty\" src=\"http:\/\/cuisine.thebault.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/01\/Bounty-300x225.jpg\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" srcset=\"https:\/\/cuisine.thebault.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/01\/Bounty-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/cuisine.thebault.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/01\/Bounty-400x300.jpg 400w, https:\/\/cuisine.thebault.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/01\/Bounty.jpg 800w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Comme vous pouvez le voir sur la photo, il s&rsquo;agit d&rsquo;un assemblage de\u00a0<a title=\"Macarons \u00e0 la meringue Italienne au Thermomix\" href=\"http:\/\/cuisine.thebault.eu\/?p=77\" target=\"_blank\">coques<\/a>\u00a0chocolat (ajouter <strong>15g de poudre de cacao 100%<\/strong> a la pr\u00e9paration lors du m\u00e9lange des poudres) et de<a title=\"La cr\u00e8me au Beurre qui sert a tout, une bonne fois pour toute!\" href=\"http:\/\/cuisine.thebault.eu\/?p=1052\" target=\"_blank\"> la fameuse cr\u00e8me au beurre<\/a> a laquelle j&rsquo;ai ajout\u00e9 de la poudre de coco et du colorant blanc.<\/p>\n<p>Donc, les ingr\u00e9dients :<\/p>\n\n<p>Apr\u00e8s avoir utilis\u00e9 du colorant en poudre de chez<a title=\"Colorants Scrap Cooking\" href=\"http:\/\/www.scrapcooking.fr\/fr\/les-produits-scrapcookingr\/macarons\/colorants\" target=\"_blank\"> Scrap Cooking<\/a>, j&rsquo;ai \u00e9t\u00e9 un peu d\u00e9\u00e7u du r\u00e9sultat, depuis, je me fournis chez <a title=\"Cook Shop, site de vente en ligne\" href=\"http:\/\/cook-shop.fr\/\" target=\"_blank\">Cook-Shop<\/a> en <a title=\"Le Gel Blanc de chez Wilton\" href=\"http:\/\/cook-shop.fr\/colorant-pate-colorant-gel\/1748-colorant-gel-blanc-de-blanc-070896606402.html\" target=\"_blank\">colorant en gel de chez Wilton<\/a>, les r\u00e9sultats sont bien meilleurs.<\/p>\n<p>Comme pour tous les autres macarons, r\u00e9servez au frais pendant au moins 24h avant de les consommer.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Apr\u00e8s les macarons snickers, j&rsquo;ai voulu retenter l\u2019exp\u00e9rience du macarons a go\u00fbt de barre chocolat\u00e9e, et, comme le titre l&rsquo;indique, me suis cette fois tourn\u00e9 vers la noix de coco.
