{"id":1206,"date":"2014-01-13T09:47:59","date_gmt":"2014-01-13T08:47:59","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/thebault.no-ip.org\/cuisine\/?p=1206"},"modified":"2026-03-24T16:49:30","modified_gmt":"2026-03-24T15:49:30","slug":"macarons-vanille-tonka","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cuisine.thebault.eu\/?p=1206","title":{"rendered":"Macarons Vanille Tonka"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Depuis mes d\u00e9buts, lorsque j\u2019\u00e9tais \u00e0 la recherches d&rsquo;informations diverses sur les macarons, je voyais fr\u00e9quemment des recettes incluant de la f\u00e8ve de tonka, je n&rsquo;avais jamais entendu parler de cette \u00e9pice, et n&rsquo;avais pas la moindre id\u00e9e de son go\u00fbt, mais sa pr\u00e9sence dans tant de recette \u00e0 toujours \u00e9veill\u00e9 ma curiosit\u00e9, et je voulais absolument essayer cette fameuse \u00e9pice.<\/p>\n<p>C&rsquo;est chose faite avec ce macaron vanille tonka. J&rsquo;ai pu me fournir en f\u00e8ve de tonka moulue sur <a title=\"Cook Shop - F\u00e8ve de Tonka Moulue\" href=\"http:\/\/cook-shop.fr\/epices-rares\/294-feve-de-tonka-moulue-x-25-g-3760209665154.html\" target=\"_blank\">cook shop<\/a>, comme a mon habitude.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Le go\u00fbt de la f\u00e8ve de tonka est extr\u00eamement difficile a d\u00e9crire, on y retrouve des notes de vanille, chocolat, amande ou encore du caramel. En tout cas, elle a un go\u00fbt unique \u00e0 ne surtout pas manquer.<\/p>\n<p>La recette maintenant. Il s&rsquo;agit donc d&rsquo;un montage de coques vanill\u00e9es avec une cr\u00e8me au beurre vanille \/ tonka.
