Je ne connaissais pas du tout \u00e0\u00a0l&rsquo;\u00e9poque la fameuse cr\u00e8me, mais la vue de son dessert m&rsquo;a donn\u00e9 envie d&rsquo;essayer.<\/p>\n<p>j&rsquo;ai donc glan\u00e9 ici et la diff\u00e9rentes version de cette cr\u00e8me, r\u00e9alis\u00e9e \u00e0\u00a0base de p\u00e2tissi\u00e8re et de chantilly et ai tent\u00e9 un premier essai, plut\u00f4t concluent.<\/p>\n<p>C&rsquo; est \u00e0\u00a0peut pr\u00e8s \u00e0 la m\u00eame p\u00e9riode que j&rsquo;ai d\u00e9couvert la f\u00e8ve de Tonka, et j&rsquo;ai d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de l&rsquo;int\u00e9grer \u00e0 la recette.<\/p>\n<p>Voici donc la Tarte Fruit Rouge et F\u00e8ve de Tonka.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Tout d&rsquo;abord, les ingr\u00e9dients :<\/p>\n\n<p>Un petit rappel au sujet de la cr\u00e8me chantilly tout d&rsquo;abord. La cr\u00e8me liquide se monte \u00e0\u00a0froid, et, de fa\u00e7on g\u00e9n\u00e9rale, plus elle est froide et mieux elle montera. Il s&rsquo;agit donc d&rsquo;un montage cr\u00e8me p\u00e2tissi\u00e8re \/ cr\u00e8me chantilly. Commencez par la p\u00e2tissi\u00e8re.<\/p>\n<p>Mettez tout d&rsquo;abord \u00e0\u00a0tremper dans de l&rsquo;eau froide\u00a0les feuilles de g\u00e9latine.<\/p>\n<p>Mettez tous les ingr\u00e9dients (lait, gousse de vanille gratt\u00e9e,jaunes d&rsquo;oeufs, sucre, Ma\u00efzena et farine) dans le bol du Thermomix et r\u00e9glez <strong>6 min 30 sec 90\u00b0 vit 4<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>A la fin de ce cycle, r\u00e9glez pour <strong>5 sec vit 8<\/strong>, puis d\u00e9barrassez la cr\u00e8me dans un grand plat pour commencer \u00e0\u00a0la faire refroidir.<\/p>\n<p><a batteur\u00a0\u00e9lectrique.<\/p>\n<p>Lorsque la cr\u00e8me commence a monter, verser <strong>deux\u00a0tiers<\/strong> du sucre glace, sans arr\u00eater de fouetter.<\/p>\n<p>Enfin, lorsque la cr\u00e8me est presque finie de monter, verser le reste de sucre glace, ainsi que la f\u00e8ve de tonka.<\/p>\n<p>Arr\u00eatez de fouetter quand la chantilly a la consistance voulue.<\/p>\n<p><a
