Comme la premi\u00e8re \u00e9tait \u00e0 mon m\u00e9lange favoris, le fabuleux<a title=\"B\u00fbche Pistache Framboise\" href=\"http:\/\/cuisine.thebault.eu\/?p=1218\" target=\"_blank\"> pistache\/framboise<\/a>, j&rsquo;ai choisi de d\u00e9cliner celle ci en chocolat.<\/p>\n<p>J&rsquo;ai donc gard\u00e9 le biscuit \u00e0 l&rsquo;identique, ainsi que le principe de parsemer la b\u00fbche de noisettes caram\u00e9lis\u00e9es (que j&rsquo;ai gard\u00e9es enti\u00e8res pour ma part), mais j&rsquo;ai choisi de la garnir d&rsquo;une mousseline chocolat pralin\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Tout d&rsquo;abord, les ingr\u00e9dients :<\/p>\n\n<p>Commencez par torr\u00e9fier les noisettes au four \u00e0 <strong>150\u00b0<\/strong> pendant<strong> 20 min<\/strong>. Brassez le tout avec une spatule en bois, le m\u00e9lange va sabler, puis caram\u00e9liser. continuer de brasser jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que les noisettes soient bien recouverte d&rsquo;un beau caramel de couleur ambr\u00e9e. R\u00e9servez en veillant a bien s\u00e9parer les noisettes lors de la phase de refroidissement ou elles agglom\u00e9rerons.<\/p>\n<p><a dans la recette d&rsquo;origine, je n&rsquo;ai laiss\u00e9 le biscuit cuire que 10 min, cela me parais avec le recul un peu limite, si je retente ce biscuit, je laisserais sans doute plut\u00f4t Quand celui ci a atteint <strong>50\u00b0<\/strong>, incorporez la moiti\u00e9 du beurre, et continuez de fouettez. Lorsque la temp\u00e9rature est \u00e0<strong> 35\u00b0<\/strong>, ajouter l&rsquo;autre moiti\u00e9 du beurre, et fouetter jusqu\u2019\u00e0 compl\u00e8te \u00e9mulation.<\/p>\n<p><a
