C&rsquo;est en feuilletant le Larousse Gastronomique que j&rsquo;ai finalement trouv\u00e9 mon bonheur, de superbes financiers moelleux \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur et craquant \u00e0 l\u2019ext\u00e9rieur, un d\u00e9lice!
