J&rsquo;ai eu l&rsquo;id\u00e9e (et, apr\u00e8s avoir cherch\u00e9 de nouveau une fois la recette r\u00e9alis\u00e9e, je ne suis pas le seul) d&rsquo;utiliser des corn flakes pour r\u00e9aliser la panure, et c&rsquo;est une v\u00e9ritable tuerie!<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/cuisine.thebault.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/05\/P1060842.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-1795 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/cuisine.thebault.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/05\/P1060842-300x225.jpg\" alt=\"P1060842\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" srcset=\"https:\/\/cuisine.thebault.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/05\/P1060842-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/cuisine.thebault.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/05\/P1060842-400x300.jpg 400w, https:\/\/cuisine.thebault.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/05\/P1060842.jpg 800w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Alors, voila comme r\u00e9aliser simplement des panures \u00e0 la texture extra croustillante.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>tout d&rsquo;abord, les ingr\u00e9dients :<\/p>\n\n<p>Pour commencer, si vos aiguillettes sont fra\u00eeches, faites les mariner quelques heures avant de r\u00e9aliser la recette.<\/p>\n<p>Pour la marinade, utilisez sel, poivre, muscade et huile d&rsquo;olive.<\/p>\n<p>Si, comme moi, vos aiguillettes sont surgel\u00e9es, disposez les dans une grande assiette, r\u00e9alisez la marinade \u00e0\u00a0froid, et placez votre plat au micro onde <strong>fonction d\u00e9cong\u00e9lation<\/strong> pour <strong>10 min<\/strong>. A la fin de ce cycle, retournez les aiguillettes et ajouter <strong>5 min<\/strong> de d\u00e9cong\u00e9lation au micro onde.<\/p>\n<p><a
