Quatre C\u00e9r\u00e9ales"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Me voici de retour apr\u00e8s une longue absence, et non, je ne suis pas mort.<\/p>\n<p>Je n&rsquo;ai pas pris le temps d\u2019\u00e9crire depuis quelques mois, principalement par manque de temps, mais aussi parce que j&rsquo;ai r\u00e9ussi \u00e0\u00a0casser mon Thermomix, et j&rsquo;ai donc profit\u00e9 de cet exploit pour reprendre les bases, et apprendre \u00e0 faire de la p\u00e2tisserie \u00e0 la main.<\/p>\n<p>Bref, on m&rsquo;a demand\u00e9 il y a peu de donner la recette que j&rsquo;utilise pour mon pain, et je trouvais l&rsquo;id\u00e9e d\u2019\u00e9crire ici la recette accompagn\u00e9e de photos \u00a0un bon point de red\u00e9marrage.<\/p>\n<p>Voici donc la recette du pain aux quatre c\u00e9r\u00e9ales.<\/p>\n<p><a suffit de l&rsquo;effriter dans l&rsquo;eau et de remuer un peu pour bien la diluer, pour ma part, j\u2019ach\u00e8te toujours de grande quantit\u00e9 de levure, que je cong\u00e8le en petites portions pr\u00eatent \u00e0\u00a0l&#8217;emploi, dans ce cas, brassez \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;une fourchette ou d&rsquo;une cuill\u00e8re magique le cube encore gel\u00e9 dans l&rsquo;eau jusqu\u2019\u00e0 compl\u00e8te dissolution.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/cuisine.thebault.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/06\/P1080466.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" n&rsquo;ai plus de Thermomix, je fais tout \u00e0 la main, cela marche parfaitement. am\u00e9liorer le futur rendu de la cro\u00fbte (\u00e7a donne une cro\u00fbte plus croustillante.), et, optionnellement, ajoutez des graines de tournesol sur le dessus du pain.<\/p>\n<p><a premi\u00e8re <strong>minutes<\/strong> de pousse.<\/p>\n<p>Apr\u00e8s ces 30 minutes (vous pouvez d\u00e9passer un peu, pour cette partie de la cuisson, \u00e7a n&rsquo;est pas tr\u00e8s grave) montez votre four \u00e0 <strong>200\u00b0<\/strong> (toujours chaleur tournante) pour <strong>30<\/strong> nouvelles <strong>minutes<\/strong> (cette fois, respectez bien le temps de cuisson, si vous d\u00e9passez ce temps, votre pain durcira plus vite)<\/p>\n<p>Une fois la cuisson termin\u00e9e, sortez le pain du four et laissez le refroidir a l&rsquo;air ambiant avant de le stocker dans une huche, \u00e0 l\u2019abri de la lumi\u00e8re.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/cuisine.thebault.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/06\/P1080488.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"
