{"id":424,"date":"2013-05-24T15:11:43","date_gmt":"2013-05-24T14:11:43","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/thebault.no-ip.org\/cuisine\/?p=424"},"modified":"2026-03-25T11:59:23","modified_gmt":"2026-03-25T10:59:23","slug":"macarons-gingembre-citron-vert","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cuisine.thebault.eu\/?p=424","title":{"rendered":"Macarons Gingembre &#8211; Citron Vert"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Toujours dans la s\u00e9rie des d\u00e9clinaisons, je voulais changer un peu des saveurs chocolats auxquelles je suis tout de m\u00eame attach\u00e9 pour un truc un peu plus &lsquo;piquant&rsquo;.<\/p>\n<p>J&rsquo;avais depuis quelques temps dans l&rsquo;id\u00e9e d&rsquo;ajouter une \u00e9pice dans les coques pour voir ce que cela pouvait donner, je suis parti sur du gingembre. Pour la ganache, j&rsquo;ai choisi le citron vert tout simplement parce que le mariage me paraissait assez \u00e9vident.<\/p>\n<p>Il s&rsquo;agit donc d&rsquo;un macaron a la coque parfum\u00e9e au gingembre et d&rsquo;une ganache au Green Lemon Curd.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Tout d&rsquo;abord, les coques, comme d&rsquo;habitude, la base se trouve <a title=\"Coques de base\" href=\"http:\/\/cuisine.thebault.eu\/?p=77\">ici<\/a>, entre les deux phases de macaronnage (c&rsquo;est a dire avant de s\u2019\u00e9chiner sur la p\u00e2te, lorsque le m\u00e9lange commence a \u00eatre homog\u00e8ne) ajouter <strong>10 g de gingembre<\/strong> en poudre et <strong>2 pointes de colorant orange<\/strong> (quantit\u00e9 a modifier selon votre colorant, je n&rsquo;avais mis qu&rsquo;un pointe e couteau et le r\u00e9sultat n\u2019\u00e9tais pas tr\u00e8s visible)<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/cuisine.thebault.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/05\/P1030033.jpg\"><img colorant et mettre \u00e0 feu doux, remuez\u00a0jusqu\u2019\u00e0\u00a0\u00e9paississement.
