Elle est super bonne, et vraiment tr\u00e8s simple a r\u00e9aliser.<\/p>\n<p>Les Ingr\u00e9dients :<\/p>\n\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Commencez par torr\u00e9fier les pistaches au four \u00e0 chaleur tournante <strong>15mn<\/strong> \u00e0<strong> 150\u00b0<\/strong>.<br \/>\nPuis concassez-les grossi\u00e8rement. R\u00e9servez.<\/p>\n<p>Dans le bol du Thermomix,\u00a0ins\u00e9rez\u00a0le fouet et placez le beurre et le sucre glace.<\/p>\n<p><a 3<\/strong> pour que le m\u00e9lange soit &lsquo;pommade&rsquo; et qu&rsquo;il colle aux parois du bol.<\/p>\n<p><a \u00e9t\u00e9\u00a0retir\u00e9\u00a0pour la photo)<\/p>\n<p>Sortez ce m\u00e9lange du bol pour le placer dans un petit cul de poule.<\/p>\n<p>ajouter la poudre d&rsquo;amande et m\u00e9langer a la coques directement sur les framboises. Bien s\u00fbr, les coques ont fondues.
