Le tout \u00e9tait de trouver comment l\u2019int\u00e9grer dans une ganache. C&rsquo;est chose faite.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>voici ce qu&rsquo;il vous faut :<\/p>\n\n<p>Peser et couper le beurre en morceaux puis laisser a T\u00b0 ambiante.<\/p>\n<p>Mettre l\u2019\u0153uf et le jaune dans le bol du Thermomix, ne pas mettre de temps et tourner pendant <strong>15 sec vit 6<\/strong> puis diminuer a <strong>vit 2<\/strong> et laisser tourner. Ajouter la cuill\u00e8re a caf\u00e9 de Whisky.<\/p>\n<p>Mettre le cacao sur les cubes de beurre et commencer a travailler le tout a la spatule en bois. j&rsquo;ai r\u00e9alis\u00e9 plusieurs ganaches avec les m\u00eames coques et que cette ganache ci est un peu alcoolis\u00e9e, j&rsquo;ai voulu que ces macarons puissent facilement se distinguer sur la table, pour que les enfants n&rsquo;en mange pas quoi.<\/p>\n<p>Donc, truc hyper simple, m\u00e9langer <strong>3g<\/strong> de blanc d\u2019\u0153uf avec une pointe de couteau de
