En temps de crise, il faut trouver de petites astuces pour \u00e9conomiser au quotidien. Voici une astuce qui va vous permettre de r\u00e9duire par entre 5 et 10 fois le prix de ces petits bijoux.<\/p>\n<p>Cela demande un tout petit peu de travail, mais l\u2019\u00e9conomie en vaut la chandelle.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Rendez vous dans votre magasin et achetez un paquet de pistache sal\u00e9, celle que l&rsquo;on sert a l\u2019ap\u00e9ritif. Armez vous de courage, et ouvrez toutes les coques. (\u00e7a c&rsquo;est long&#8230;).<\/p>\n<p>Placez maintenant vos pistache dans un tamis a grosses mailles, et tamiser pour d\u00e9coller le plus de peaux possibles.<\/p>\n<p>Passez ensuite vos pistaches sous un filet d&rsquo;eau en remuant bien les fruits pour bien les laver et retirer tout le sel.<\/p>\n<p><a toutes les 5 min environs).<\/p>\n<p>une fois les fruits bien sec (entre <strong>15<\/strong> et<strong> 20 min<\/strong>) sortez les du four, et r\u00e9servez dans un bol pour moins verte que celle achet\u00e9es directement dans le commerce (il doit y avoir une technique plus efficace pour se d\u00e9barrasser de toutes les peaux), mais le go\u00fbt y est.<\/p>\n<p>J&rsquo;ai utilis\u00e9 ces pistaches en les r\u00e9duisant en poudre pour r\u00e9aliser des coques de macarons pistaches.
