Pour r\u00e9aliser cette recette, il vous faudra donc faire une p\u00e2te a choux qui sera divis\u00e9e en 3 parts \u00e9gales auxquelles on ajoutera les diff\u00e9rents ingr\u00e9dients.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Les ingredients :<\/p>\n\n<p>Pr\u00e9chauffez votre four \u00e0 <strong>190\u00b0 chaleur <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">statique<\/span><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Commencez par r\u00e9aliser votre p\u00e2te a choux. Versez donc l&rsquo;eau, le beurre et le sel dans le bol et programmez <strong>5 min \/ 100\u00b0 \/ vit 1<\/strong>. A la sonnerie, ajouter la farine et mixer <strong>1 min \/ vit 3<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/cuisine.thebault.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/05\/P1060371.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-1810 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/cuisine.thebault.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/05\/P1060371-300x225.jpg\" alt=\"P1060371\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" srcset=\"https:\/\/cuisine.thebault.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/05\/P1060371-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/cuisine.thebault.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/05\/P1060371-400x300.jpg 400w, https:\/\/cuisine.thebault.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/05\/P1060371.jpg 800w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Lorsque cette op\u00e9ration est termin\u00e9e, ouvrez le bol du Thermomix et laissez refroidir une ou deux minutes, refermez le bol et mettez a tourner<strong> vit 5<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Cassez les \u0153ufs 1 par 1, et, lorsque le dernier est cass\u00e9, attendez quelques secondes, puis arr\u00eatez le TM.<\/p>\n<p>Diviser le p\u00e2ton en 3 parties \u00e9gales.<\/p>\n<p>Mettez maintenant tous les ingr\u00e9dients de la d\u00e9clinaison rouge dans le TM, et donnez <strong>2 &#8211; 3 coups de Turbo<\/strong>. Ajoutez ensuite un tiers de la p\u00e2te a choux, et mixez <strong>30 sec vit 5<\/strong>.
